Definitions
"FoodLink" or "We" refers to FoodLink, operated by Msi Hub Holdings Sdn. Bhd., its related entities, and services, including the FoodLink mini program and app.
"Merchant" refers to any individual or business entity registered on Foodlink to provide services or products via the platform.
"User" or "Customer" refers to any individual using FoodLink, including those placing orders or engaging with FoodLink's features.
"Service" includes all features provided by FoodLink, such as ordering, marketing tools, loyalty programs, and user accounts.
Account Registration
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. User may be required to verify your account by entering a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number during login.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and all activities that occur under their account.
Features and Usage
Foodlink offers the following features:
Order Placement: Users can place dine-in, self-pickup, or delivery orders through the app.
Order Placement: May include spin wheel, check-in stamps, membership programs, credit wallets, promotions, and a voucher marketplace, depending on the merchant's offerings.
Notifications: Users may receive order updates and delivery statuses via WhatsApp or SMS.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed if no delivery rider is found for an order.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate details during the ordering process, such as contact information and delivery address.
Users must use FoodLink only for lawful purposes and refrain from activities that may abuse or disrupt the platform.
Payments and Refunds
All payments for orders and services must be processed through FoodLink's payment gateway.
Refunds will be provided for failed orders, such as when a delivery rider cannot be assigned.
Users should report disputes related to incorrect or unsatisfactory orders through the appropriate support channels.
Data Protection and Privacy
FoodLink prioritizes the security and confidentiality of user data.
By using FoodLink, users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
For detailed information, users can refer to the Privacy Policy available within the app.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property related to FoodLink are owned by Msi Hub Holdings Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the FoodLink platform without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Foodlink provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or reliability of the platform.
Errors, inaccuracies, or delays caused by merchants.
Delivery issues or failures due to circumstances beyond its control.
Misuse of the app by users, merchants, or third parties

Account Suspension and Termination
FoodLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or misuse of the platform.
Users cannot terminate their account independently. For account termination requests, users must contact FoodLink Support and follow the provided procedures. Termination requests are subject to approval and the platform's guidelines.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Modifications to Terms
Foodlink reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
Changes will be communicated to users via the app or email.
Continued use of the app or platform after updates have been made, constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
